60 – Our traditional HOT Yoga class – just 60 minutes
90 – Our traditional HOT Yoga class – 90 minutes

SILENT – Our traditional 26/2 HOT Yoga class led by one of our teachers without instruction. This class will have music and lower lighting and is available for anyone familiar with the practice, there will be no personal instructions. This is a great opportunity to create a self practice in a group setting.

YIN – Yin Yoga is the perfect compliment to a busy lifestyle and a hot yoga practice. This 60-75 minute class consists of long-held postures in a non-heated room. Yin Yoga is very accessible to people of all ages and focuses on the connective tissues. It is beneficial for tight hips, backaches and stiff joints. Yin Yoga helps the mind and body slow down, helping to cultivate patience, compassion and acceptance. This is offered Tuesday at 6pm in studio B.

Babysitting schedule is Mon Wed Fri Sat and Sun at 10am, $4 per child, please do not arrive earlier than 10 min and be efficient after class getting children.

How Do I Prepare For Class?

We practice in a heated room in order to warm up the muscles and prevent injury. Be prepared to sweat.

  • New students arrive at least 15 minutes early.
  • Be on time.
  • Women wear leotards, bathing suit or shorts and sport top.
  • Men wear a bathing suit or shorts.
  • Bring a towel, a mat and water. Towels and mats are available for rent.
  • Please come hydrated and on a relatively empty stomach (no heavy foods 2 hours prior to taking class)
  • Try to avoid perfumes of any kids, feel free to always use our showers if you need
  • Please shut cell phones off, or leave in your car
  • Come with an open mind, heart and body
